Abstract

This research have a purpose To study and compare the opinions of personnel towards the management according to the health promotion school guidelines of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. Classified by status, school size and work experience The population in this research include personnel of Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office , academic year 2020. The sample was divided into 42 executives and 304 teachers. The instrument used in the research was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with an IOC value between 0.80 – 1.00 and a reliability of 0.92 statistics. based on the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and statistical hypothesis testing, including  t-test and f-test and tested in pairs by means of Scheffe test.Research results

  1. Opinions of personnel regarding the management according to the health promotion school guidelines of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Management according to the health promotion school guidelines at a high level. All items were arranged in descending order of average ; health promotion and environment. and the least is the process

Opinions of personnel regarding the management according to the health promotion school guidelines of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by status overall, different. It was statistically significant at the .05 level, classified by school size and work experience.  Overall and each aspect is different. statistically significant at the .05 level
