Abstract

          The research have a purpose to study and compare opinions on the internal supervision operations of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. classified by status work experience A sample of 346 people was obtained by comparing the number of the population is personnel under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Academic Year 2020 with the sample group size table, the research tools as a questionnaire, a 5-level estimation scale with a reliability of 0.82. The basic statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistics used to test the hypothesis were t-test and F-test. research results 1. Opinions of personnel towards internal supervision operations of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Internal supervision operations At a high level in every item. 2. Opinions of personnel towards the internal supervision operations of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by status Overall, no difference but in the field of supervision planning Knowledge before conducting supervision Operations of Supervision and in the aspect of enhancing the morale of the supervisory practitioners are different. 3. Opinions of personnel towards the internal supervision operations of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Classified by work experience Overall, no difference but in the field of supervision planning Knowledge before conducting supervision and in the aspect of enhancing the morale of the supervisory practitioners are different
