School budget management problems under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

          The objective aimed to study and compare opinion levels on School budget management problems under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Classified by status, position and school size. The research population was 418 people, an administrator in charge of budget management and a teacher who serves as a financial officer of schools under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, Academic Year 2020. Research instument as a questionnaire,as a 5-level estimation scale with the reliability of 0.90. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

The study revealed that 1. The level of personnel opinions towards School budget management problems under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, overall in a high level  and a high level in all aspects. In descending order of mean, procurement. Financial management and budget control Asset Management Financial reporting and operating results Calculation of production costs Internal Audit budget planning, respectively. 2. The level of personnel opinions towards the problem of budget management of the schools under Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Area 3 Classified by status, position and school size, overall was no difference.
