Abstract

          The purpose of this article is for 1. identifying the current state of the dimension of success and consensual control of operating gas station business in the western region of Thailand 2. for describing the nature of the problem and the guideline of the solution related to the dimension of success especially in the field of consensual control In operating a gas station business in the western part of Thailand by using the method of literature review and document analysis and with independent variables, namely organizational culture, leadership, performance control of employees with willingness to give employees love in the organization  and how should they be regulated that will affect to the success in a crisis. This conceptual framework is based on theoretical knowledge and relevant literature reviews. Therefore, this model should be tested for consistency with empirical data for applying the results to the successful business operation.
