Educational Management of Local Educational Management of Local Government Organization in Thailand according to New Public Service

The concept of New Public Service was in public administration which focused on democratic and citizenship value as well as placing importance on the participation of citizens in public service administration of the public sector which in accordance with Thailand that decentration focused on public service administration such as Local administration and allowed people to associate in public administration. The educational management was an important mechanism of public service administration which the government applied to develop quality life of people in the country with the educational management principles that gave priorities on unity policy prescription, diversity in practice, decentration, and participation of all sectors. The Local government Organization was one of the public sector which had been transferred the mission of education from the Ministry of Education that led them to provide the quality education management as a national educational standard and respond the requirement of local citizens. Thus, this article aimed to present the summary of New Public Service and analysis issues of educational management of the Local government organization through the perspective of New Public Service to reflect the application of in public administration.
