Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1. To study the transformational leadership that affects the academic administration of schools under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Educational Service Area, Zone 2 2. To find the relationship of transformational leadership and academic administration of schools under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Educational Service Area, Area 2. 3. To create a forecasting equation for change leadership that can predict academic administration of schools in Under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, sample groups are There were 306 school administrators and teachers. Derived from stratified random sampling The 5 rating scales with a reliability of 0.81. The statistics used in the data analysis are Descriptive Statistics for Percentage and Mean (Standard Deviation). Standard deviation, Inferential Statistics, Stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that
1. The transformational leadership that affects the academic administration of schools under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Educational Service Area Office 2, in the high level.
2. The relationship between transformational leadership and academic administration There is a statistically significant positive relationship at .01 level.
3. The equation for forecasting the leadership style that affects the academic administration of schools under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Educational Service Area Office 2 in raw scores and standard scores as follows
