The School Managament Factors Affecting Effectiveness Of School Managament Amphoe Wichian Buri Under The Office Of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 3

The purposes of this study were 1) the level of school management and effectiveness of school of school amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service area 3 2) the relationship betaween school management and effectiveness of school amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service area 3. and 3) to predicting equation from Admimistrators’ comprtencies predicting learner developments in school amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service area 3. A sample group consisted of 231 teacher and administrators from school in amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service area 3. This research tool is a questionnaire to use with the sample. The statistics uses for data anslysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings were as follows 1) school management of school in amphoe ichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun primary educational service area 3 found overview was at the high level when consider each item found as a whole was at the high level. The maximum level is an academic management and the minimum level is the budgeting management. 2) The effectiveness of school in amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun primary educational service area 3 found overview was at the high level when consider each item found as a whole was at the high level. The maximum level is the administration and and the minimum level is the quality student. 3) The relationship between the factors school management and effectiveness in management of school amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun primary educational service area 3 found that the positive correlation weae highs level as statistically significant at the .01 4) The predicting equation from Administrators’ Competencies predicting factors school management affecting to effectiveness in management of school amphoe Wichianburi under the Office of Phetchabun primary educational service area 3. There were 3 factors is academic management, budgeting management and general management. It can be predicted 76.40 % (Adjusted R square = .764) was statistically significant at .01 level. The prediction equation derived could be written as follows :
