Abstract

Purposes of this research were 1) to study Cultural Tourism Management Model: LanXang on both sides of the Makong River Thailand – Lao People’s Democratic Republic 2) to develop Cultural Tourism Management Model: LanXang on both sides of the Makong River Thailand – Lao People’s Democratic Republic 3) to try out and evaluate for confirm Cultural Tourism Management Model: LanXang on both sides of the Makong River Thailand – Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The research drew the samples by cluster random sampling method totally 240 people including leaders of local administration in Nongkhai Province especially districts that connected to Mekhong River. The research used statistics : Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation(S.D.), MANOVA : Repeat Measure, Factor Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results found that 6 main factors, 20 sub-factors and 65 indicators were passed evaluation criterion.
