Equality Human Resources Management for Gender Diversity Personal to Resolve Contradiction in Phetchaburi Provincial Administration Organization

This study aimed to study (1) Acceptance situation for gender diversity personal in an aspect of human resource management in Phetchaburi Provincial Administration Organization.
(2) Context and affecting factors to equality human resources management for gender diversity personal. (3) Impacts of inequality human resource management for gender diversity personal in Phetchaburi Provincial Administration Organization.
This study employed a qualitative research, based on documents, non-participant observation and in-depth interviews. Key informants consist of 13 personnel attached to Phetchaburi Provincial Administration Organization. For data analysis, researcher utilized Thematic analysis.
The research findings revealed that, (1) Acceptance situation for gender diversity personal in an aspect of human resource management was sound, most of gender diversity personal had been treated fairly and equality. Even though, there was some bias from executives. (2) Human resources management affecting factors and contexts were recruitment and selection, opportunity for self-development especially training, get a promotion to high ranking in organization. (3) Impacts of inequality human resource management for gender diversity personal was get a promotion to high ranking in organization, while the others had been get a promotion fairly and equality.
