The objective of this presentation is to study the current state of Hin Nam No National Protected Area (HNN-NPA). Aspects regarding the environmental and ecological conditions of HNN NPA, the socio-economic and cultural aspects of local communities and how these local communities are connected to and living from natural resources, are within the scope of the study. Currently, it is attempted to engage local communities in ecotourism around HNN NPA. The ecotourism is expected to generate income for local com munities, support rural development and contribute
