Abstract

The research aimed to study organization culture level, healthy organization level, to study the relationship between organization culture and healthy organization, and to study process to development organization culture to strengthen healthy organization of Provincial Kindergarten in the Northeast. The method used descriptive research. The analyze relation detail by using Pearson Product Moment Coefficient. Result of the research Organization culture level of Provincial Kindergarten in the Northeast being in “Highest”level. The highest average is Organization Purpose and the lowest average is Diversity, The healthy organization culture of Provincial Kindergarten in the Northeast being in “Highest” level. The highest average is academic emphasis and the lowest average is consideration, The relation between organization culture and healthy organization of Provincial Kindergarten in the Northeast being positive in moderate level, and image process to development organization culture to strengthen healthy organization of Provincial Kindergarten in the Northeast are from director is knowledgeable and capable, professional ethics, fairness and consider the merit of the performance.
