ยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์และธุรกิจบริการไทยสู่มาตรฐานความยั่งยืนสากล ISO 20121:2024: การบูรณาการขีดความสามารถ เชิงพลวัตสีเขียวและโครงสร้างเศรษฐกิจเชิงพลวัต

การศึกษาวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างการเปลี่ยนผ่านของมาตรฐานระบบการบริหารการจัดงานอย่างยั่งยืนสากล ISO 20121:2024 พัฒนาแบบจำลองเชิงโครงสร้างเพื่อประเมินพฤติกรรมระดับจุลภาคขององค์กรธุรกิจบริการไทย และวิเคราะห์เงื่อนไขที่จำเป็นที่เป็นปัจจัยคอขวดในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่มาตรฐานความยั่งยืนสากล ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยขั้นสูงแบบผสมผสานสองระยะ โดยระยะแรกเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 15 ราย และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงธีม เพื่อนำผลลัพธ์ไปอธิบายการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในระยะที่สอง ซึ่งทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างธุรกิจบริการและโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวในประเทศไทยจำนวน 280 แห่ง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน (PLS-SEM) ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์เงื่อนไขที่จำเป็น (NCA)
ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในระยะแรกพบว่า ยุทธศาสตร์ระดับมหภาคของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. สามารถขับเคลื่อนร่วมกับแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ 13 ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ แต่เผชิญข้อจำกัดสำคัญด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์และภาวะผู้นำสีเขียว ในขณะที่ผลการทดสอบทางสถิติเชิงประจักษ์ในระยะที่สองบ่งชี้ว่า ขีดความสามารถเชิงพลวัตสีเขียวมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรมเชิงนิเวศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = 0.649, t = 5.94, p < 0.001) และส่งผ่านอิทธิพลไปยังผลการดำเนินงานทางเศรษฐกิจได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ แต่กลับไม่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อผลการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในระยะสั้นเนื่องจากปรากฏการณ์ความล่าช้าเชิงโครงระบบ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ผลการวิเคราะห์เงื่อนไขที่จำเป็น (NCA) ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ขีดความสามารถเชิงพลวัตสีเขียว (GDC) และนวัตกรรมเชิงนิเวศ (ECI) จัดเป็นปัจจัยคอขวดที่องค์กรขาดไม่ได้ โดยต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำตามสัดส่วนเพดานคะแนนที่กำหนดเพื่อทลายข้อจำกัดเชิงปฏิบัติการและยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ไทยสู่เวทีโลกอย่างยั่งยืน
