CREATIVITY HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND INNOVATION MANAGEMENT PREDICTING WORK ACHIEVEMENT

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study creativity human resource management system and innovation management predicting employees’ work achievement, 2) to study relationship between creativity human resource management system and innovation management with employees’ work achievement and 3) to predict work achievement from creativity human resource management system and innovation management of employees. The samples used in the study were of 354 employees working in electronic parts factories. Sampling method was proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s coefficiency, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed as follows. 1) The overall and each facet of creativity human resource management and Innovation management of employees were high. 2) There was a positive relationship between creativity human resource management system, innovation management, and work achievement at a statistically significant level as of 0.01. 3) Creativity human resource management system and innovation management in the facet of new concept creation and creative concept development can predict work achievement 82.5 percent. The regressive equation can be written by unstandardized coefficient as follows: Work achievement = .188 +.214 (creativity human resource Management system) + .325 (innovation management by new concept creation) + .358 (innovation management by creative concept development).
