Guidelines for the Development of Resource Mobilization for Educational Administration in Schools Under the Office of MahaSarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the components of resource mobilization for school administration 2) To study the current condition Desirable conditions and the need for mobilization of resources for school administration. 3) To study the guidelines for the development of resource mobilization for educational administration in schools. The research was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 study the current situation. Desirable Conditions and Necessary Needs From the sample group, 105 schools were divided into 105 school administrators and 621 teachers. The tool was a questionnaire. The Item Objective Congruence Index (IOC) value 0.80–1.00, the reliability of current conditions 0.93, the discrimination between 0.38 - 0.75, the reliability of expectations 0.94, the discrimination between 0.36 - 0.74 The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Priority Needs Index. Phase 2 studied the guidelines for the development of resource mobilization for educational administration in schools using the interview forms, interviewed 9 senior experts and using the descriptive analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) The composition the mobilization of resources for educational administration in the school as a whole were at the most appropriate level. 2) The overall current condition is at a high level. The overall desirable condition was at the highest level. and the index of prioritization of the necessary needs is between 0.30 - 0.34. 3) Development guidelines There is an overall fit and feasibility. at the highest level. Found 24 development guidelines, divided into Financial Resources 8 Approaches. Human Resources 6 Approaches. Material Resources 5 Approaches. and management resources 5 Approaches.
