Abstract

Abstract

          The objective of this research was to compare the welfare needs, balance of life and work, and being a good member of the Saint Louis College staff in various generations. The samples were 115 academic staffs and support personnel working in Saint Louis College. The statistics used to analyze data was one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the welfare needs of each generation of personnel were not different at 0.05 level of significance.  The balance of life and finance of each generation of personnel was different at 0.05 level of significance, which the generation of baby boomers had more the balance of life and finance than the generation Y. The cooperative behavior of each generation of personnel was different at 0.05 level of significance. Which the generation of baby boomers behaved more cooperatively than the generations X and Y. The sense of responsibility of each generation of personnel was different at 0.05 level of significance, which the generation of baby boomers had better sense of responsibility than the generations X and Y.
