บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการเสริมสร้างทักษะความเข้าใจและ การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล พัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการฝึกอบรม ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน และประเมินรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยและพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการเสริมสร้างทักษะความเข้าใจและการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน และขั้นตอนที่ 4 ประเมินรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลนครสงขลา จำนวน 147 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัญหาและความต้องการ รูปแบบ การฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมมีองค์ประกอบได้แก่ 1) บริบท 2) ปัจจัยนำเข้า 3) กระบวนการ 4) ผลลัพธ์ และ 5) ข้อมูลย้อนกลับ และ มี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นก่อนการฝึกอบรม 2) ขั้นดำเนินการฝึกอบรม 3) ขั้นการประเมินผล 4) ขั้นติดตามหลังการฝึกอบรม รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 เท่ากับ 82.27/83.17 3. ทักษะความเข้าใจและ การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 พฤติกรรม การเรียนรู้ร่วมกันโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 4.รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
