บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร (อสส.) วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประมาณ 20 เท่าของค่าพารามิเตอร์ 38 ตัว จำนวน 760 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นจากขอบเขตด้านเนื้อหา แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับ อสส. และความรู้ความเข้าใจในบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า เป็นมาตรประเมินค่าแบบ Likert's Scale 5 ระดับ (0-4) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของ อสส. ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 38 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ (1) ประเภทและคุณลักษณะของบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 19.93 (2) ข้อเท็จจริงทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 18.42 (3) ผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 18.28 (4) ผลกระทบร้ายแรงและโรคที่เกิดจากบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 16.56 และ (5) กฎหมายและบทลงโทษเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 13.75 โดยทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนรวมได้ร้อยละ 86.91
