ผลกระทบของทักษะนักบัญชีภาครัฐที่มีต่อคุณภาพรายงานทางการบัญชี: นักบัญชีสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของทักษะนักบัญชีภาครัฐที่มีต่อคุณภาพรายงานการทางการบัญชี: นักบัญชีสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ หัวหน้างานบัญชีของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 204 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์จากหัวหน้างานบัญชีของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เมื่อครบกำหนดในการเก็บแบบสอบถามได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 112 ฉบับ และเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์ทั้งหมด ซึ่งมีอัตราตอบกลับ 54.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะนักบัญชีภาครัฐ ด้านทักษะการใช้ระบบการบริหารการเงินการคลังภาครัฐแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และด้านทักษะการจัดการภาครัฐ มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับคุณภาพรายงานทางการบัญชีโดยรวม ดังนั้น นักบัญชีสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้เกิดทักษะทางการบัญชี เชื่อถือได้นำมาซึ่งคุณภาพรายงานทางการบัญชีและเกิดประโยชน์ต่อสถานศึกษา
