การจัดการเรียนรู้โขนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการบูรณาการเชิงสร้างสรรค์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้โขนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการบูรณาการ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา และศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้โขนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการบูรณาการเชิงสร้างสรรค์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัย คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านโขนแบบขนบนิยม ด้านโขนร่วมสมัยด้านหลักสูตรและการสอน ครูนาฏศิลป์และนักเรียน จำนวน 39 คน กำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยตามหลัก การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบบันทึกประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเรียนรู้โขนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการบูรณาการเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ประกอบด้วย ด้านสภาพทั่วไปของการจัดการเรียนการสอนโขนด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน ด้านกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู และด้านการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เมื่อสังเคราะห์แล้วสรุปได้ว่าการจัดการเรียนรู้โขน ส่วนใหญ่สอนเฉพาะทฤษฎีมีบางสถานศึกษาสอนปฏิบัติโขนโดยลดทอนการฝึกทักษะขั้นพื้นฐาน มุ่งเน้นฝึกหัดเพื่อแสดงในโอกาสต่างๆ และมีความต้องการจัดการเรียนรู้โขนแบบบูรณาการ เชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่สอดคล้องกับชีวิตประจำวันและความสนใจของผู้เรียน 2) กรอบแนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย ทฤษฎีพหุปัญญา ทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ โดยอาศัยแนวคิดการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ แนวคิดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ แนวคิดการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ และแนวคิดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน
