เศรษฐกิจการเมืองของการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในประเทศจีน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเศรษฐกิจการเมืองของการต่อต้านการคอร์รัปชั่นในประเทศจีน นับตั้งแต่ช่วงเวลาที่นโยบายการเปิดประเทศ และการเปิดรับระบบตลาดเสรี ที่มีส่วนสำคัญต่อการเพิ่มขึ้นของจำนวนการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในสังคมจีน ตลอดจนยุทธศาสตร์และมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในช่วงตั้งแต่ปลายศตวรรษที่ 20 จนกระทั่งถึงช่วงเวลาปัจจุบัน วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย งานชิ้นนี้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร และวิเคราะห์ผ่านกรอบการวิเคราะห์ทางด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมือง ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยพบว่า การคอร์รัปชั่นในบรรดากลุ่มสมาชิกพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐของจีนภายใต้ระบบความสัมพันธ์แบบทุนนิยมพวกพ้อง มีผลกระทบต่อการฉุดรั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจและส่งผลกระทบต่อความชอบธรรมทางการเมืองของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีน ยุทธศาสตร์และมาตรการสำหรับการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนจึงเกิดขึ้นมาเพื่อป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นทั้งในบรรดากลุ่มกลุ่มสมาชิกพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ และกลุ่มเครือข่ายผลประโยชน์ในภาคเอกชน ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ช่วยสร้างความเข้าใจต่อโครงสร้างเศรษฐกิจการเมืองของการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในประเทศจีน เพื่อนำมาเป็นบทเรียนในการทำความเข้าใจบริบทของประเทศไทย
