Development of Intelligent Educational Guidance Platform with AI Chatbot to Promote Public Relations for Educational Technology and Communication Curriculum

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to design and develop an intelligent educational guidance platform with an AI chatbot to promote public relations for educational technology and communication curriculum, to study the results of the use of an intelligent educational guidance platform with an AI chatbot, and to study students and interested parties' satisfaction toward the intelligent educational guidance platform with an AI chatbot. group consisted of 60 undergraduate students of Educational Technology and Communication, faculty of Technical Education at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and interested parties in the academic year 2024 using simple random sampling. The research instruments consisted of an intelligent educational guidance platform with an AI chatbot to promote public relations for educational technology and communication curriculum, a content quality and media quality evaluation form, an application result evaluation form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the mean and standard deviation. Results revealed that: 1) the developed platform achieved an excellent level of content quality and media quality. 2) Post-usage scores were significantly higher than pre-usage scores at the .05 level, and 3) user satisfaction was at the highest level. This platform has the potential to effectively advertise and support interested parties to be able to access information instantly and accurately.
