การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริการขนส่งสินค้าด้วยมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 กับ Q-Mark

บทคัดย่อ
มาตรฐานคุณภาพการบริการเป็นเรื่องสำคัญและได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางทั้งจากผู้ให้บริการและผู้ใช้บริการในโลกธุรกิจ และผู้ให้บริการจำเป็นต้องปรับตัวและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถด้านการจัดการและการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานภายใต้กรอบมาตรฐานการจัดการคุณภาพ ISO 9001 สำหรับการจัดการคุณภาพในองค์กร และการจัดการคุณภาพการให้บริการขนส่งโดยรถบรรทุกด้วย Q-Mark รวมถึงอิทธิพลของปัจจัยดังกล่าวต่อประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าในประเทศไทย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการจัดการคุณภาพและการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานเป็นกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าจำนวน 400 ราย คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายจากรายชื่อที่จดทะเบียนกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติอนุมาน และการวิเคราะห์สมการเชิงโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าส่วนใหญ่สามารถบริหารจัดการคุณภาพทั้งภายในองค์กรและในการให้บริการขนส่งได้เป็นอย่างดี 2) การจัดการคุณภาพในองค์กรตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 มีผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการขนส่งสินค้า โดยมีค่าขนาดอิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.722 หน่วย ในขณะที่การจัดการคุณภาพการให้บริการขนส่งโดยรถบรรทุกด้วย Q-Mark ไม่มีผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อประสิทธิภาพการขนส่งสินค้า และ 3) มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญในระดับสูงระหว่างการจัดการคุณภาพในองค์กรด้วยมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 กับการจัดการคุณภาพการให้บริการขนส่งโดยรถบรรทุกด้วย Q-Mark ผลการวิจัยเหล่านี้ยืนยันว่าการปรับปรุงคุณภาพภายในองค์กรสามารถช่วยยกระดับระบบบริหารคุณภาพในการทำงานให้สูงขึ้นได้
