บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้แพลตฟอร์มให้กับสถานประกอบการในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำทะเลสาบสงขลา โดยใช้โมเดลเซกิ (การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้โดยสังคมการแสดงออกซึ่งความรู้ การรวมความรู้ และการฝังความรู้) ในการสร้างและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ 2) เพื่อประเมินผลการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มโหนดในแต่ละจังหวัดที่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากคณะวิจัย และ 3) เพื่อประเมินผลการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มสถานประกอบการที่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากกลุ่มโหนดของแต่ละจังหวัด งานวิจัยนี้เป็นรูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มโหนด จำนวน 12 คน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เพื่อสนทนากลุ่มย่อย และจัดเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมินผลการจัดการความรู้ และกลุ่มสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 107 คน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตาตามสัดส่วนอำเภอของแต่ละจังหวัดในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำทะเลสาบสงขลา โดยจัดเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมินผลการจัดการความรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบค่าที (T-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทั้งกลุ่มโหนดและกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการท่องเที่ยวทั้ง 3 จังหวัด มีความรู้และความเข้าใจภายหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสูงกว่าก่อนการเข้าร่วมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ทั้งในภาพรวมและในแต่ละหัวข้อความรู้ และภายหลังการถ่ายทอดความรู้ ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีระดับความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย ได้แก่ หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวควรสนับสนุนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและความรู้ด้านการตลาดให้แก่กลุ่มโหนดอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงสนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อให้กลุ่มโหนดสามารถจัดการและถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้แก่กลุ่มสมาชิกในจังหวัด งานวิจัยนี้บูรณาการ 3 ศาสตร์เข้าด้วยกัน ได้แก่ การจัดการความรู้ การจัดการท่องเที่ยว และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
