The Analysis of Tourists Transportation System : Case Study Koh Chang

Abstract
Koh Chang is a tourist attraction where attracts many tourists also create a lot of revenue to the community and people in the area. However,the increase of tourists every year, cause various problems, since tourists to the island until they return. This research studied the tourist transport system ; begin to Trat province, travel to the island, travel on the island,and tourism activities. The measurements of satisfaction, results were divided into three issues as intended. The first issue was the transporting travelers from entering Trat province, which contains a few channels such as a car which has been the most popular, passenger van, both regular and contracting bus, and plane travel was minimal and only the only airline,2 trip per day. Travel to the island. There was only one channel ferry, but with three providers and an average ship time every hour alternately on each provider. The second issue was the transport system on the island,tourists can use private car, motorcycle, and bicycle travel within the island.Today, routes converge on the island to make it unfit to travel around the island by car, motorbike or bicycle, so if you want to travel around the island requires a boat. Activities, traveling on nearby islands, most of the shipping channel with a large wooden boat, with a lot. The transport tourists to Koh Chang, we had enough quantity of transportation services to accommodate tourists. The third issue was the level, we found that the level of satisfaction with the quality of transport services, such as safe travel, travel information services, alarm systems and traffic signs. There is a moderate level, which is the smallest in the assessment of total satisfaction. The findings of this research, the researcher will offer guidance to agencies participating in quality management, logistics, and more seriously than it is today
