อิทธิพลของการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ESG การจัดการซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืนและการจัดการ ซัพพลายเชนสีเขียวต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของผู้นำเข้าไวน์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ESG การจัดการซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืน การจัดการซัพพลายเชนสีเขียวและประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน และ 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ESG การจัดการซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืนและการจัดการซัพพลายเชนสีเขียวต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของผู้นำเข้าไวน์ ประชากร คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนำเข้าไวน์ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ จำนวน 440 ตัวอย่าง โดยกำหนด 20 เท่า จาก 22 ตัวแปรที่สังเกตได้ รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ESG การจัดการซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืน การจัดการซัพพลายเชน สีเขียวและประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับที่สูง ผลตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-Square = 94.857, df = 75, Relative Chi-square = 1.282, p-value = .052, GFI = .966, AGFI = .937, RMSEA = .030, RMR = .007) ผู้ประกอบการควรให้ความสำคัญกับการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเป็นระบบ ดำเนินงานตามนโยบายที่กำหนดและปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสากล ศึกษาจากองค์กรต้นแบบที่ประสบความสำเร็จ จัดอบรมบุคลากรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการดำเนินงานที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สนับสนุนความร่วมมือแบบข้ามสายงาน สร้างความแตกต่างให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ ปรับปรุงและเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ การผลิต และการจำหน่ายสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งถือเป็นกลยุทธ์ที่ช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กรและสร้างการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
