The Graduate Characteristics of the Bachelor of Accounting Program, Rajapruk University According to the Bachelor's Degree Thailand Qualification Framework that Meet the Needs of Graduate Users

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the perceptions, needs, and compare perceptions and needs graduate characteristics of the Rajapruk University Graduate Accounting Program according to the bachelor's degree qualifications framework that matched the opinions of graduate users. The sample was calculated from 420 graduate users in Accounting, Faculty of Accountancy, Rajapuk University go to train. The investigator's tolerance was .05. The required sample size was 201 head person. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, fractional values standard deviation, and t-test statistics.

The results of the research revealed that 1) graduates' characteristics were perceptions according to the expectations of graduate users The overall level was at the highest level, which was the identity of Rajapruk University, “volunteering for social development had the highest average, followed by morality and ethics, and lastly, was using information technology with the highest average level.  2) Characteristics Desirable graduates according to the needs of graduate users Overall, it is at a high level. Regarding the identity of Rajapruk University, “volunteering spirit and social development had the highest average, followed by interpersonal skills and responsibility, morality, ethics, and intelligence, and lastly, the quality of graduates according to the accounting profession had a high average. 3) From the comparison, it was found that different perceptions had an effect on the needs of account users with desirable graduate characteristics of the graduate accounting program according to the framework of the bachelor's degree qualifications.
