Factors Affecting the Development of Learning Materials Using Digital Technology Platforms: A Case Study of Infographics for Learning.

The purposes of the study were to study 1) the factors of educational level affecting the development of learning materials and 2) a lifelong learning level by using quantitative research methodology. The samples consisted of 140 Saraphi Village Community Samut Songkhram Province by using multistage sampling and proportional stratified sampling. The sample size was determined by using Yamane's formula. The research instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by measuring Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation as well as Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results of the study showed that 1) The factors of the educational level of the sample showed that 70 percent had lower than bachelor's degree, divided into 27.86 percent with bachelor's degree and 2.14 percent with master's degree. The sample had a high level of lifelong learning were at 25.7 percent, moderate lifelong learning at 44.3 percent, and low-level lifelong learning at 30 percent. 2) lifelong learning was found that 36 people (25.7%) with high knowledge, 62 people (44.3%) with moderate knowledge, and with low knowledge of 42 people (30.0%).
