This article analyzes the results of the undergraduate curriculum standards using TQF2 as a guideline for quality analysis. Its objective is to understand the content of the TQF2, roles and duties of full time instructors for a curriculum and instructors’ responsibility of a curriculum whose problems and obstacles are in implementing each indicator. The summary analysis results in the performance of indicators 1.1, there are problems for interpreting and acting in item 2 of the instructors’ qualifications responsible for a curriculum, item 3 the qualifications of full time instructors for a curriculum, item 4 the qualifications of teaching instructors. Both the standard criteria of 2005 and of 2015 are used for evaluating curriculum quality in process indicators (3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 6.1). There are problems because most of them are unable to comply with the PDCA process, because higher education institutions still follow TQA 7.
