The Role of Russian Think Tanks in Russia’s Foreign Policy Making Process

Abstract
At present, Think Tanks play an important role in the foreign policy making process of superpowers including Russia. The Think Tank is responsible for creating knowledge for leaders of Russia in different eras, focusing on resolving past failures in the implementation of foreign policy. However, as a result of the transition of Russia, the Think Tank must adapt to change, especially the in the quality and reliability of research production in public policy, creating a network of all sectors, setting up a public policy forum that challenges everyone. Therefore, the Think Tank has an essential role in finding the best ways for Russia to face an uncertain future.
