บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2507-2568 ในด้านชื่อหลักสูตร จำนวนหลักสูตร และวิชาเฉพาะในหลักสูตร โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบบันทึกข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติความถี่และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าชื่อหลักสูตรมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งสิ้น 5 ครั้ง จำนวน 4 ชื่อ โดยมี 1 ชื่อที่ใช้ 2 ช่วง จำนวนหลักสูตรมีทั้งสิ้น 14 หลักสูตร โดยจัดกลุ่มตามระยะเวลาการใช้หลักสูตรในเวลาระหว่าง 2-7 ปี ส่วนวิชาเฉพาะในหลักสูตรสามารถจำแนกได้เป็น 2 กลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ ลักษณะวิชา (วิชาบังคับ วิชาเลือก และภาคปฏิบัติ) และกลุ่มเนื้อหา (วิชาพื้นฐาน วิชางานห้องสมุด วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์และ/หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และวิชาทักษะ) นอกจากนี้ในหลักสูตรยังมีวิชาเฉพาะที่มีชั่วโมงปฏิบัตินอกเหนือจากวิชาบรรยายเพียงอย่างเดียว โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นวิชาบังคับที่อยู่ในกลุ่มวิชางานห้องสมุด : งานเทคนิค ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงขององค์ประกอบการจัดการสอนในสาขาวิชาตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน และยังมีการอภิปรายผลถึงแนวโน้มและทิศทางของการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ซึ่งสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบปรับปรุงหลักสูตรในอนาคตได้
