บทคัดย่อ
สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ได้กลายเป็นพื้นที่สำคัญที่ประชาชนใช้แสดงความคิดเห็นด้วยถ้อยคำไม่สุภาพต่อประเด็นสาธารณะต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิต เช่น ปัญหาฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก PM2.5 ของกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิเคราะห์กลวิธีความไม่สุภาพจากการแสดงความคิดเห็น ด้วยแนวคิดวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์เชิงวิพากษ์ พบว่าผู้แสดงความคิดเห็นต้องการแสดงเจตนาสื่อสารไปยังนายชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ ในฐานะผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยกลวิธีความไม่สุภาพทั้งแบบอ้อมและแบบตรง รวมทั้งยังได้ใช้อิโมจิ การแสดงความคิดเห็นร่วม (sub-comments) และการใช้ภาพประกอบที่มักเป็นคำพูดหรือนโยบายที่ใช้ประกอบการหาเสียงของนายชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ มาช่วยเสริมให้ความไม่สุภาพเด่นชัดขึ้น ความไม่สุภาพเหล่านี้อาจไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการใช้ภาษาของสังคมออนไลน์ แต่เป็นเครื่องมือทางภาษาที่ท้าทายอำนาจและสะท้อนความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารจากกรุงเทพมหานครด้วย
