การกล่าวออกตัวและความสำคัญของข้อมูลการตระหนักรู้ทางอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ
การกล่าวออกตัวเป็นกลวิธีหนึ่งที่ช่วยลดความรุนแรงของวัจนกรรมที่มีแนวโน้มคุกคามหน้าซึ่งใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในปัจจุบันทั้งทางสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ รายการโทรทัศน์ และรายการวิทยุต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มผู้ใช้ภาษาที่เป็นวัยรุ่นไทย อย่างไรก็ตาม องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกล่าวออกตัวโดยเฉพาะการกล่าวออกตัวในภาษาไทยนั้นยังมีอยู่อย่างจำกัด บทความวิชาการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกล่าวออกตัว ได้แก่ แนวคิดเรื่องวัจนกรรม (speech act) แนวคิดเรื่องความสุภาพ (politeness) แนวคิดเรื่องการบรรเทาผลที่ไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร (mitigation) และแนวคิดเรื่องการตระหนักรู้ทางอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์ (metapragmatic awareness) เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการทำความเข้าใจการใช้การกล่าวออกตัว นอกจากนี้ บทความวิชาการนี้ยังได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการเก็บข้อมูลการตระหนักรู้ทางอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์ในการศึกษาทางด้านวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์ ทั้งนี้เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการใช้และการตีความการกล่าวออกตัวซึ่งมีความซับซ้อนและมีความหลากหลายตามปัจจัยทางด้านภาษา จิตวิทยา สังคม และวัฒนธรรม
