บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริการข้อมูลวิจัยด้านข้าวในไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ได้แก่ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานบริการข้อมูลวิจัยข้าว จำนวน 8 คน จากศูนย์บริการข้อมูลวิจัยด้านข้าวในไทย จำนวน 5 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหน่วยงานบริการข้อมูลวิจัยทุกแห่งยังไม่มีนโยบายการบริการข้อมูลวิจัยโดยเฉพาะ และมุ่งจัดให้บริการสืบค้นข้อมูลผ่านระบบสืบค้นข้อมูลวิจัยด้านการเกษตร และ การบริการตอบคำถามผ่านทางโทรศัพท์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เป็นหลัก ขาดการบริการเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักในคุณค่าของการจัดการข้อมูลวิจัย และการอบรมเพื่อสร้างความฉลาดรู้ทางข้อมูล
