Abstract

This article aims to compile and analyze literature related to effective and sustainable organizational management in the 21st century. The study examines the factors affecting effective and sustainable organizational management in the 21st century. This study employs a systematic literature synthesis method. The results show that the factors affecting effective and sustainable organizational management in the 21st century include: 1. strategic leadership, 2. organizational culture, 3. competitiveness, 4. core competencies, 5. communication, and
6. environment. These six factors are systematically interconnected. Strategic leadership determines direction, organizational culture and communication are the internal mechanisms, core competencies are the driving force, and competitiveness and environment are indicators of organizational survival and sustainability in the 21st century. Effective and sustainable organizational management in this era, therefore, requires a dynamic collaboration between leaders, communication, organizational culture, core competencies, and coping with the external environment. These six factors are essential for organizations to adapt and achieve sustainable success in the long term.
