THE ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF ORGANIZATIONAL PERSONNEL TOWARD WORK EFFICIENCY IN THE DIGITAL ERA

This article aimed to study the enhancement of the quality of life of business organization personnel toward work efficiency in the digital era, with the objective of analyzing the relationship between quality of work life and work efficiency within the context of technological transformation in the Industry 4.0 era. The study was found that the integration of digital technology into organizational operations directly influenced both work efficiency and employees’ quality of work life. Modern technologies such as cloud systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and human resource analytics played a crucial role in improving accuracy, speed, and reducing redundancy in work processes. At the same time, they contributed to creating a balance between employees’ work and personal lives, which was a vital component of quality of work life. The findings revealed that the integration of digital technology and personnel skill development was a key factor in promoting sustainable improvement in both quality of work life and work efficiency. Employees equipped with digital knowledge and skills can effectively utilize technology as a tool to enhance productivity and adapt to change. Furthermore, fostering a digital organizational culture that encouraged continuous learning and innovation, along with strong digital leadership from executives, were essential factors driving organizations to remain competitive and achieve sustainable growth in the digital age. In conclusion, the article suggested that successful organizational development in the digital era required an integrated approach that combines the human dimension and the technological dimension to achieve balance between employee well-being and organizational performance, thereby leading to long- term sustainability.
