THE FEASIBILITY OF THE PROJECT TO NOMINATE KRUBA SRIVICHAI AS A UNESCO WORLD PERSON UNDER THE OPERATION OF THE PROVINCIAL CULTURAL OFFICE IN THE UPPER NORTHERN REGION

Abstract

Objectives of this research papers were: 1. to study the feasibility of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai as a World Person of Honor, 2. to study factors affecting the feasibility of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai as a World Person of Honor; and 3. to propose guidelines for the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai as a World Person of Honor under the supervision of the Provincial Cultural Office in the Upper Northern Region. Both quantitative and qualitative research were conducted. The results were then synthesized and used in focus group discussions to confirm the findings.

The results revealed that: 1. The overall feasibility of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai as a World Person of Honor was high. 2. Factors affecting the feasibility of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai as a World Person of Honor were: 2.1 Organizational management factors; including materials, personnel, and funding, significantly influenced the feasibility of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai as a World Person of Honor at the 0.05 level, with a combined predictive value of 44.8 percent (Adj. R ² = 0.448). 2.2 The Four Bases of Iddhipada, consisting of Vimamgsa, Chanda, Viriya, and Citta, respectively, influenced the project’s feasibility at statistically Significant level at the 0.05, jointlypredicted the project at 58.7 percent (Adj. R ² =0.587). 3. The guidelines of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai to be an important person of the world by UNESCO under the operation of the Provincial Cultural Office in the Upper Northern Region was found that the feasibility study of the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai to be an important person of the world this time had integrated the 4 principles of Iddhipada with the use of management factors as a foundation and integrated together with the Iddhipada 4 to make the project for nominating Kruba Srivichai to be an important person of the world by UNESCO very feasible.
