PRINCIPLES OF RESOURCES FOR STATE MISSION IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

This article presented the key elements of the resource principle for the implementation of state missions, which are important for national administration in all dimensions, including law, political science, public administration, and economics. The two main state missions are the main mission concerning security, peace, and order, and the secondary mission concerning public welfare and convenience. The implementation of these two missions requires resources to support the implementation, which consists of five key elements: 1. Laws, which are the framework and base of authority for implementation; 2. Personnel (state officials) who work in accordance with policies and laws; 3. Budgets used to drive missions and projects; 4. State assets, such as buildings, materials, and equipment used in the implementation; and 5. Knowledge, skills, and expertise that enable effective decision-making and implementation. Therefore, the appropriate and efficient management of these resources is an important factor in achieving state missions and creating benefits for the people.
