อุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของสหรัฐอเมริกาภายใต้การนำของประธานาธิบดีโดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ สมัยที่ 2: กรณีศึกษาสุนทรพจน์ของ มาร์โก รูบิโอ ในการประชุมด้านความมั่นคงที่นครมิวนิค ประจำปี 2026

บทความนี้ทำการศึกษาอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของสหรัฐอเมริกาภายใต้การนำของประธานาธิบดี โดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ สมัยที่ 2 ผ่านการวิเคราะห์และตีความเนื้อหาสุนทรพจน์ของ มาร์โก รูบิโอ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ที่เข้าร่วมการประชุมด้านความมั่นคงที่นครมิวนิคประจำปี 2026 ในฐานะตัวแทนของสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยการศึกษาพบว่า อุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของสหรัฐอเมริกาภายใต้การนำของประธานาธิบดี โดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ สมัยที่ 2 จะประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นสำคัญ อันได้แก่ 1) การฟื้นฟูสหรัฐฯให้กลับขึ้นมายิ่งใหญ่ ด้วยการสนับสนุนและดำเนินนโยบายที่ออกห่างจากแนวคิดเสรีนิยมประชาธิปไตย และ 2) การรื้อฟื้นความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดและพันธมิตรระหว่างสหรัฐฯกับยุโรปขึ้นมา เพื่อฟื้นฟูสหรัฐฯกับยุโรปให้กลับขึ้นมายิ่งใหญ่ร่วมกัน อย่างแข็งแกร่งและมีอำนาจอีกครั้งในภูมิรัฐศาสตร์โลก ด้วยการสนับสนุนและดำเนินนโยบายที่ออกห่างจากแนวคิดเสรีนิยมประชาธิปไตย เพื่อให้สหรัฐฯและยุโรปสามารถกลับขึ้นมาเป็น “อารยธรรมที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์มนุษยชาติ” อีกครั้งหนึ่ง และร่วมกันมุ่งไปสู่การสร้าง “ศตวรรษใหม่ของชาติตะวันตก” ที่จะกำหนดความเป็นไปของศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้ต่อไป
