THE ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN BANGKOK DURING THE COVID-19 ENDEMIC SITUATION

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the factors regarding the administration and effectiveness of the private schools in Bangkok during the COVID-19 endemic situation, 2) study the relation of the factors between the administration and effectiveness of the private schools, 3) develop the equation for forecasting of the administration factors affecting the effectiveness of private schools, and 4) study the private school strategies during the endemic situation. This research was mixed methods approach. The samples were 392 teachers and 10 administrators. The research instruments were the questionnaire with a reliability estimate of .994 and the interview form. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression refined by removing.
The results of this research revealed that 1. the overall of factors of the administration in the private schools was at high level. and the effectiveness was at high level 2. the relation between the administration and the effectiveness in private schools was at quite high level with .01 level of statistical significance and the correlation coefficient was at .738, 3. the factors of administration were able to predict 6 dimensions of the private schools’ effectiveness with .01 level of statistical significance which had the predictive power at 88.67 percent , and 4. the private school strategies during the endemic situation during the emergency found that the schools employed the six core measurements and six supplementary measurements and seven strict measurements.
