EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT OF WAT, PRACHA RATHA FOR HAPPINESS CREATION PROJECT IN SANGHA ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT, PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. to analyze the generalities of project management; 2. to study the process of project management; 3. to present the effectiveness of the project management of of Pracharath Temples, Creating Happiness in Sangha administration areas Pathum Thani Province. This research uses a qualitative research method. data were collected by in-depth interviews with 25 key informants from in-depth interviews and collected data from related documents and research. The qualitative data analysis used content analysis methods and then present descriptively.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. the generalities of project management had strengths, namely, the primate has the knowledge and ability to be a developer, vision and development. The weakness had some areas the people around the temple which are not many, stilling do not understand the objectives of the project. The opportunity is that all temples can participate. And the obstacle that is temples in some areas less publicity led to people. 2. Planning the methodology, time frame, goals and details of project descriptions have been established. The committee has been set up to implement project. There is a joint meeting between temple and community. The importance, policies, project objectives, progress was surveyed after implementation finished improvement revision the deficiencies, the audit were taken to improve them. 3. The effectiveness of project management found that temple is an environment suitable for study, for dharma practice, suitable for relaxing on various occasions of Buddhists and the public.
