Abstract

In today’s business world, hotels are faced with rapid change and has an impact on the environment. Organizations that need to succeed must look for the right strategy, in terms of being environmentally conscious and providing service. Green service quality is one of the most important strategies in business. This article aimed to present the concept of the causal factors that affected green service quality hotels: eco commitment establishment, orientation ethics, and create transformational, more over to present the effect of green service quality hotels and performance. This article included a literature review, document analysis, academic papers, and research papers for the purpose of applying to organizations and being the guideline for empirical research in the future.
