GUIDELINES FOR EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN A NEW NORMAL OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AFFILIATED WITH SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE, NONTHABURI

The objectives of this research were 1. to study education management in a new normal of educational institutions affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi, 2. to compare education management in a new normal of educational institutions affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi, classified by the size of schools, and 3. to suggest guidelines for education management in a new normal of educational institutions affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi. The sample consisted of school directors, deputy school directors, department heads, and supervisors affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi from 18 schools, totaling 144 people. The research instruments consisted of a 5-rating scale questionnaire about opinion and a semi-structured interview. There were five senior experts. Statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One Way ANOVA, and content analysis.
The results of the study are as follows: 1. The overall level of education management in a new normal of educational institutions affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi was at the highest level in all aspects. 2. the result of a comparison of education management in a new normal of educational institutions affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi, classified by the size of schools found that medium and small schools were different from extra-large schools with a statistical significance of 0.05. 3. Guidelines for education management in a new normal of educational institutions affiliated with Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nonthaburi, are as follows. An educational institution should provide opportunities for learning alternative programs and modify the teaching style through a teacher as the organizer of the learning center.
