APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SUSTAINABILITY OF BANG KACHAO COMMUNITY

Abstract

Objectives of the research article were: 1. To study the general condition of the development of quality of life and communities in Bang Kachao area 2. To study the factors affecting the development of the quality of life for sustainability of the Bang Kachao community for sustainability 3. To find development guidelines for the quality of life for the sustainability of Bangkachao community, conducted by the qualitative research using the open- ended interview form for in-depth interviews with key informants. Participatory observation and conducted focus group discussions with participants divided into 3 groups: 1, government agencies in setting policies, issuing laws, supervising foundations or social enterprises; 2, representatives from foundations or social enterprises who were Successful in the implementation and 3 academicians in organizational management.

The research findings were found that Factors affecting the development of quality of life and Bangkachao community for sustainability was found that government agencies Foundations or social enterprises and communities had exchanged knowledge, ability and experience to increase opportunities to solve problems and develop the potential of Bang Kachao area that had established reliable practice guidelines transparency, morality, anti-corruption, respecting human rights, treating workers fairly, responsible to consumers, taking care of the environment Innovation and dissemination of innovations derived from socially responsible operations, controlling the operations of the organization in a methodical and systematic manner for the development of the quality of life and the community to be successful.
