DEVELOPMENT A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SMALL-SIZED SCHOOL MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISE UNDER THE OFFICE OF KHONKAEN PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA 1

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were: 1. To study the current and the desirable situations of small-sized school management system according to the social enterprise concept Under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Education Area 1. Samples were administrators and Academic Head Teacher, 175 persons by Stratified Random Sampling. 2. To set a Management System of Small-Sized School Management Based on the Concept of Social Enterprise Under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Education Area 1, The group of informants were: administrators and teachers, head of academic department, 6 people and 9 experts by purposefully selected Tools used for data collection was questionnaire, Focus group discussion form, and a system assessment form. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation and Priority Needs Index by PNImodified.

The results were as follows: 1. The current condition overall was at medium level, The overall desirable condition was at the highest level. 2. A Management System of Small-Sized School Management Based on the Concept of Social Enterprise Under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Education Area 1 consisted of 1) Inputs 2) Process; consisted of main goals for benefiting society, good governance in entrepreneurship and management by applying Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, using profits to benefit communities, society and the environment, creating and developing the innovations to solve problems and social development and coordination and cooperation 3) Outputs; assessment results on suitability and in terms of feasibility was at the highest level.
