A SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION

This R&D research article were aimed to study: 1.The condition, problems, needs and operations of learning management that arose during the COVID-19 outbreak in schools under the Department of Local Administration. 2) Create and assess the appropriateness and feasibility of a learning management that arose during the COVID-19 outbreak in schools under the Department of Local Administration model. The 1st step used sample group consisted of 260 schools under the Department of Local Administration. The research instrument used were a questionnaire. The 2nd step to assess the suitability and feasibility of the model in focus group discussions from 9 experts. The research instrument for both steps used was a questionnaire with IOC between 0.60 - 1.00, 0.98 and 0.95 reliability in order and discrimination between 0.40 - 1.00.
The results showed 1. The educational institutions had the most problems in using learning media through social media channels at a maximum. And there was a need for assistance in using learning materials through social media channels at a maximum. 2. The results of a school administrative model for learning management during the COVID-19 outbreak in schools under the department of local administration model were defined with 2 main missions,12 sub-missions and 3 supporting missions, 15 sub-missions, which had the results of assessing the appropriateness and feasibility at the highest level
