Abstract

This academic article aimed to study public administration in a new context with the development of public administration under the new normal. Many countries have adopted it in the administration of their own public affairs. Currently, the national administration recognizes global citizenship. Global Governance Sustainable development ideas, content-based democracy, and emerging diseases. These ideas and principles are not limited to the citizens of the country. Also across countries that take into account global citizenship.

Thai public administration should develop the administration of state affairs in 4 parts as follows: 1) in academics, had to change the curriculum focusing on the comparative study of national administration both regional and international, especially the comparative study of the country's public administration system that had been successful in developing the country,2) to apply AI digital technology in the processes of government administration to have an automated nature (AI in government) that connected all government information with the ability to interact between people and government as a real human in interaction 3) research had focused on using research results to development of administration rather than development administration as it was, Which aimed to create a theory of public administration to have global good governance and 4)the practice of government organizations required education, training, exchange of knowledge amongst organizations, government, private and international organizations. If public administration be able to operate in all 4 parts, it would create the administration of Thai government to be accepted both nationally and internationally.
