STATE POWER CYCLE OR VICIOUS CIRCLE

The state or country in this world, all must have leaders to manage the country to have political stability and economy sustainability. The path to be regime leader in each country may differ depending on the context of that country. Therefore, it is the source of political action and leaders want to maintain their power in administrative positions as long as possible, whether by means of law or by loopholes. This article will present the management of cyclical leaders. which the author uses the term state power cycle or vicious circle. The state power here means sovereignty. which focuses on entering the position of the management according to the principle of democratic governance which has legislative, executive and judicial powers
