THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISION MODEL SCHOOL- BASED MANAGEMENT USED IN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

The objective of this research was to develop the educational supervision model school-based management used in primary educational service area office in the northeast of Thailand. The analysis was conducted using Delphie Technique for 3 rounds. The samplings used in Delphie Technique are 22 people who are involved educational management and supervision. Research tool used in the Delphie Technique round 1 is open ended questionnaires, and questionnaires with 5 scale ratings in round 2 and 3. The researcher sent and collected questionnaires through post office. Data analysis in the 1st round used the methodology to analyse the content, and to analyse the median and range between quartiles for the 2nd and 3rd round An evaluation of the school-based supervision model of primary education area office. The meeting was attended by 12 experts. The tool used is the conference record analysis of data by content analysis
Research findings revealed that educational supervision model school-based management used in primary educational service area office in the northeast of Thailand has 3 components including (1) Input factor has 21 sub-component
(2) Process component has 32 sub-component and (3) Output component has 6 sub-components.
