DEVELOPMENT OF THE MIS PROGRAM INFORMATION ON THE QUALITY OF THE LEANER TO THE MANAGEMENT QUALITY ASSURANCE WITHIN THE SCHOOLUNDER THE SECONDARY THREE EDUCATION

The result was found that the effectiveness of using the information system program of students’ qualities in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3. The program had four phases: the first phase was the conceptual framework, the second phase was to create the information system program of students’ qualities in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3., the third phrase was collecting data using) and the fourth phase was to trial the information system program of students’ qualities in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample were 1) documents, books, articles, and researches related to the information system program of students’ qualities in schools. 2) 5 specialists for developing the information system program ofstudents’ qualities in schools 3) The person who responded for Students’ qualities in school which were for 9 people and 4) The administrators and the person who responded for Students’ qualities in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 for 9 people. The 5-scale of the program evaluation form and record sheet form were used. The statistic were mean, and standardize division. which developed by Google Drive form Google application, which included the part of school administrations, teachers, and program administrator. The program’s performance result was verygood ( =4.80,S.D.=0.25).Considering the most high level was process of the ( =4.87,S.D.=0.30), followed by the result of the program was very good level ( =4.83,S.D.=0.19)and the least was the design of the program ( =4.70,S.D.=0.41)The effectiveness of inputs of the information system programof students’ qualities in schools was very good( = 4.90,S.D.=0.12) the result or assessment report( =4.91,S.D.=0.12),work process( =4.90 ,S.D.=0.19)and the design of the program ( =4.89,S.D.=0.16)respectively.
