Strategic Development Knowledge Management of the Court of Justice: A Case Study of the Chief Justice Region IV

The study entitled Strategic Development of Knowledge Management ofthe Court of Justice: A Case Study of the Chief Justice Region IV had mainobjectives as follows; to develop a knowledge management strategy for judicialoffice. The specific objectives of the research was first to study the current anddesired state of knowledge of the Court of Justice, secondly, to study the factorsinvolved and contributed to the knowledge management of the Judiciary. Andthirdly to implement and monitor the suitability and feasibility of strategicknowledge management of Office of the Judiciary.Findings were that the study of the present and desirable for knowledgemanagement for the Bureau of Justice Bureau of Justice had condition of knowledge desirable than the current conditions in all aspects. The present state ofknowledge management was the practical in all aspects respectively as; creatingthe most knowledge, the storage and retrieval of knowledge, the pursuit ofknowledge and the transfer of knowledge and exploitation respectively.Results of the study of the Current conditions and adverse factorsinvolved and contributing to knowledge management for the Office of JusticeBureau of Justice found that the personnel requested that the relevant factorscontributing to knowledge management and desirable than the current conditionsin all aspects. The current condition of the factors involved and contributing toknowledge management is the practice in all aspects of the order. Administration ofJustice demand in the infrastructure needed most. A minor measurement andevaluation. Information Technology The organizational culture and leadership,respectively.The development of strategic knowledge management strategy for theOffice of the Judiciary consists of the first strategic plan for knowledge managementat all levels of the organization. The second strategic development in theDepartment of Justice as the organization of learning for sustainable development.The third strategic leadership and management structure to promote a cultureconducive to knowledge management. The forth strategy was informationtechnology systems for knowledge management. And the five strategic networkingwithin and external to support knowledge management.The recommendations from this study were as follows. Firstly Judiciaryshould have a policy to encourage and support knowledge management of eachagency judiciary is moving in the same direction Secondly, you should have aconsultant who is an expert in management. to allow the introduction The action isthe correct approach to achieve the goal of knowledge management, which willbring benefits to the Bureau of Justice. Thirdly, there should be a policy toencourage the Executive Office of the Courts of Justice have attended workshopson the subject. knowledge management to knowledge and understanding andseeing the benefits of knowledge management Fourth Court of Justice should havea policy that encourages staff to develop knowledge and skills in theimplementation of knowledge management. And Finally Department of JusticeInformation and communication technologies should be applied in knowledgemanagement across the Department of Justice by the design of the knowledge management across the Department of Justice by the design of the knowledge
infrastructure, storage, dissemination and retrieval.
